With over 36 years experience in the construction field, the Oliva family has the knowledge to get the job done right and work with your insurance company to make sure storm repairs are covered.
Manuel Oliva is proud to work side by side with his son, Antonio, in the family business 4M Roofing.
“My son Antonio does fantastic work. He has been working with me since he was a young boy,” Manuel said.
“We do ANYTHING ROOFING!” Manuel said. “If your home was hit by storm damages, we can take care of it all. We can do sheet rock and siding repairs, window replacement, fence repair….any kind of storm damage. That way you don’t have to hire several different contractors to do one job. We will take care of it all.”
“We will inspect your roof, and pre-mark it to show what repairs need to be done, so that the insurance adjuster doesn’t miss anything. So it’s very important that you call us first. We will help homeowners through this process from start to finish. We specialize in insurance restoration…That means we will work with your insurance company to make sure your damages are properly assessed and repaired.”
Tornadoes, hail, and high winds cause damages to homes and property that many property owners don’t realize is covered.
“When we come out we will carefully inspect your property and find everything that your policy covers. Most policies have what’s called a “supplemental” category that sometimes covers things that homeowners don’t realize. It sometimes covers trampoline damage, BBQ pit damage, storage facilities, pool liner damage, window screens, and window damage too, for example.”

A family business
Manuel and wife Rosemary named the business after their four children Millie, Matthew, Michael, and Manuel Antonio (who goes by Antonio).
“I have been a contractor for many years,” stated Mr. Oliva. “I was a construction manager for some of the major home builders since 1984, and decided to open my own company in 2008.”
The family business is based in Lockhart, Texas and serves the greater Austin area.
Manuel found a love for building things at a very young age.
“My high school shop teacher really helped shape my future,” Manuel said. “He told me ‘Carpentry comes easy to you—you’re a natural,’ and so I stuck with it and now I own my own company. My grandfather was a furniture maker, so I guess I followed in his footsteps.”
